Service Description
Interior Cleaning: Removal of Racks and Trays: The oven cleaner will take out removable parts such as racks, trays, and fan plates. Scrubbing and Degreasing: The interior surfaces of the oven are scrubbed and degreased to remove built-up grime, grease, and burnt-on food residue. Cleaning Oven Walls and Ceiling: The cleaner will pay attention to the walls, ceiling, and corners of the oven. Door and Glass Cleaning: Door Disassembly: If applicable, the oven door may be disassembled to clean between the glass panels. Glass Cleaning: The glass door is cleaned to remove any stains or grease marks. Exterior Cleaning and Surface Wiping: The exterior surfaces of the oven, including knobs, handles, and control panels, are wiped down. Stainless Steel Polishing: For stainless steel ovens, the cleaner may polish the surface to restore its shine. Seal Inspection and Maintenance: Rubber Door Seal Check: The rubber door seal is inspected for damage or wear. Replacement (if needed): If the seal is damaged, the cleaner may recommend replacing it to maintain proper heat retention. Fan and Vent Cleaning: Fan Blades and Vent Cleaning: The fan blades and vents are cleaned to ensure proper ventilation and circulation.
